Rafa is a highly proficient Project Manager who has worked with Workplace Group for 3 years. He believes that building strong relationships with customers is the most important part of any project.

Rafa is responsible for overseeing the safe and successful delivery of every project whether it a domestic or commercial. Very much a hands-on manager in every sense of the word, he is an experienced painter and decorator with a wealth of skills honed in commercial and residential decorating.

Whilst he is happy to distribute the workload within his team, Rafa also takes a meticulous pride in overseeing the job is done perfectly and frankly, you won't often see him without a brush in his hand or getting stuck into whatever job needs doing next.
